A small data footprint by design
You can browse without an account. We collect only what is needed to review voluntary directory requests.
Effective 13 August 2026
Submissions, corrections and representative requests
These forms collect the service name, a public supporting link, your explanation and any name, email or relationship information you choose or are required to provide. We use the information only to review, verify and, where contact details are supplied, respond to the request. A receipt reference is returned after a successful submission.
Do not include medical records, NRIC numbers, financial details, identity documents or unrelated personal information. Form records are stored in access-controlled project storage and are never published automatically.
Browsing data
SeniorCare.sg does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. Like most websites, the hosting and network infrastructure may process limited technical request data—such as IP address, browser information and requested URL—for delivery, reliability and security.
IP information may be used briefly for abuse prevention but is not written into the directory-intake record.
External websites
Links to providers, maps and government services take you to external websites with their own privacy practices. We do not control those services.
Public listing information
Directory records contain public organisational contact information sourced from official public pages. They are not intended to publish personal contact details. If a record incorrectly includes personal information, use the correction path so we can review it.
Sharing, retention and requests
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to operate the service or disclosed where required by law. Intake records are reviewed at least annually and removed when no longer needed for verification, response, dispute history or reasonable operational accountability. Operational backups are retained for up to 35 days.
To request access, correction or removal of personal information sent through a form, use the correction workflow and include the receipt reference where available. Do not submit confidential care records.
