About SeniorCare.sg

A clearer starting point for care navigation

We organise public information so Singapore families, caregivers and care navigators can understand options and reach the right official source.

Why this directory exists

Senior care is a system of different services, referral routes and support schemes—not a single product. Finding basic, comparable information can be difficult at the moment when families most need clarity. SeniorCare.sg brings a disciplined first layer together: what a service is, where it operates, how to contact it and which source supports the record.

Navigation, not diagnosis

We help people find pathways. We do not decide which care is clinically suitable.

Evidence before volume

We publish fewer records rather than filling gaps with stale or unverified information.

People before promotion

Listings are alphabetical, and providers cannot buy a better position.

What we cover

The directory covers home care, day care, nursing and residential care, respite, dementia care, rehabilitation, practical support and officially designated Dementia Go-To Points. Care-provider records use official provider sources; Go-To Points use the Ministry of Health’s open-data register and are clearly separated from care services.

What we do not do

We do not provide medical advice, rank providers, broker placements, determine eligibility, quote unverified fees, or claim a service has space. We are independent of the organisations listed and of the government resources we link to.
